Gutprint meal review screen showing a high FODMAP risk score and personal warnings

Sound familiar?

Bloated after a “healthy” lunch — and no idea why.

  • The same meal is fine one day and a disaster the next.
  • You've tried food diaries, but can't make sense of the pages.
  • Elimination diets have you cutting out everything, just in case.
  • Your doctor asks what sets it off, and you're not sure.

How it works

Two minutes a day. Answers in two weeks.

Gutprint connects what you eat with how you feel, so the patterns find you.

  1. Meal analysis with FODMAP risk gauge
    1

    Snap or describe your meal

AI identifies every ingredient — including hidden garlic and onion in sauces — and rates each FODMAP group for your portion.

  2. Today screen with gut score and quick logging
    2

    Log how you feel

One tap for a good day, a few taps for symptoms and bowel movements. Your daily gut score keeps you on track.

  3. Insights screen listing suspected trigger foods
    3

    Discover your triggers

See which foods are linked to your symptoms — and which agree with you — with a confidence level for each.

Evidence, not guesswork

Gutprint tells you how sure it is — and when it isn't.

One rough evening after pizza doesn't make cheese a trigger. Gutprint waits for a pattern to repeat, compares your symptoms after meals with and without each food, and shows a confidence level you can trust.

  • Confidence levels. Low, medium or high — based on how often and how consistently a food is followed by symptoms.
  • Confounder warnings. If two foods always show up together, Gutprint says so, so you know to test them separately.
  • Foods that agree with you. Build meals with confidence instead of only cutting things out.

Walk in prepared

A report your doctor will actually read.

Instead of “it varies”, bring weeks of real data: symptom frequency, bowel patterns on the Bristol scale, suspected triggers with confidence levels, and the meals behind them — in one clean PDF.

Great for GI appointments and for working through the low-FODMAP diet with a dietitian.

Is Gutprint medical advice?

No. Gutprint is a wellness and tracking tool. It spots patterns between what you eat and how you feel, and gives you a report to discuss with your doctor or dietitian. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition.

How is this different from a food diary?

A diary just stores entries. Gutprint analyses them: AI breaks each meal down into FODMAP groups, and our trigger engine compares how you feel after meals with and without each food — with a confidence level, and a warning when two foods are always eaten together so you know to test them separately.

How long until I see results?

Most patterns start to show after 10–14 days of logging meals and checking in on how you feel 2–3 times a day. Logging the good days matters just as much as the bad ones.

What happens to my meal photos?

Photos are analysed and then discarded — we don't store them. Your logs are private to you, never shared with advertisers, and you can delete your account and all your data from inside the app at any time.

How much will it cost?

Gutprint will start with a free 7-day trial. After that it's $59.99 a year (about $5 a month) or $12.99 monthly. Everyone on the waitlist hears about launch first.

Which phones will it work on?
